The BC MSP (medical services plan) covers essential healthcare services such as doctors visits, most tests, and some prescription medications.
However it does not cover many other services, such as forms.
If the clinic provides a service that is uninsured (not covered by MSP), you will need to pay privately upon receipt of the service. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or interac e-transfer to an email we will provide you.
If your request/form is directly related to your lung health or your lung records, we may be able to help. Please refer to the list of fees below to see if your request is included.
If your request/form requires an overview of your general medical health and records, this is best requested through your family doctor / nurse practitioner. Examples include:
-accessible parking permits
-disability forms
-employment insurance (EI) forms

Please note that the clinic prioritizes direct patient care, which includes managing consults, follow-ups, and urgent / semi-urgent clinical cases. As such, we cannot guarantee that forms will be completed on an urgent basis.
